All Thrive personal training sessions are delivered exclusively by fully qualified physiotherapists
combining clinical expertise with performance coaching.
Our pricing reflects the level of expertise, detail, and care that goes into every plan.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes coaching, progressive programming, and recovery guidance.
All new clients begin with an initial assessment to review goals, establish baselines, and design a tailored plan.
All block sessions must be used within a 3-month period from the first session.
