If you’ve picked up an injury or your training has hit a wall, our sports physiotherapy sessions are built to get you back to performance safely and fast.
 

Whether it’s your knee, shoulder, back, ankle, or hip, we’ll find what’s actually causing the pain, not just chase symptoms. We will then create a plan that fits your sport, your goals, and your schedule.

How It Works

Your first session is a Deep-Dive Assessment.
We’ll look at how you move, test specific muscles and joints, and identify what’s holding you back.
From there, we combine:
 

  • Hands-on treatment (joint mobilisations, soft tissue work, and cupping if appropriate)

  • Movement retraining (fixing patterns that keep irritating the injury)

  • Strength & conditioning (load-based rehab to build capacity and resilience)
     

Everything is evidence-based, sport-specific, and tailored to you, whether you’re training for CrossFit, running, climbing, or just staying active pain-free.
