Leah Koh
Hey, I'm Leah! You can join me for Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin. My movement teaching is all about joy: whether that's found in a dynamic exploration of your physicality or the embodied bliss from a gentle meditation. My sequences encourage curiosity, we explore sensations with lightness and immerse in your unique rhythm to nourish not just the body, but also mental - and soul - health.
I'm also deeply passionate about movement as part of healing journeys, and teach yoga for cancer & long-term conditions. Move with me as we honour your innate strength and connection with the divine play of life

Giulia Di Patrizi
Georgina is a former secondary school teacher turned yoga & Pilates instructor and coach. After navigating her own journey with PTSD and depression, she retrained and now delivers grounding yet challenging classes, alongside coaching women to strengthen both their mental and physical health.
Georgina is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of ability, body type, or background, feels welcome and empowered.

Carlotta Ravelli
I’m Carlotta, a certified London-based yoga teacher passionate about helping students find balance, strength and peace.
I discovered yoga a decade ago while on a meditation retreat in Greece and it slowly became my safe space from a fast-paced career in the creative industry. Experiencing first-hand how transformative a regular practice can be, I now teach to offer that same sense of balance, strength and belonging to others.
My classes are accessible, fun and designed to help students connect to their breath, explore what feels good for their bodies and express themselves without pressure or perfection. I blend mindful movement with a quiet touch of magic, inviting students to build strength, soften into presence and leave feeling more like themselves.

Barbara Antonino
Barbara is best known for her direct, grounded, and enquiry-based approach to yoga and movement practices. She creates explorative, enriching and nourishing practices that help to promote ease of movements, not only for yoga or other physical practices but for those every-day functional activities.
Her guidance also encourages connection to breath, body landscapes and senses; such awareness regulates the tone of the nervous system which helps ease the mind load. She facilitates her work with private and corporate clients as well as group classes in gyms and studios across London.

Sabrina Rueber
My classes support a deeper connection to body and breath, and are rooted in the belief that yoga is both a physical and internal practice — a space to build strength, resilience, and awareness over time. With a background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala, and Yin, I offer practices that range from dynamic and energising to slow and restorative, always with attention to alignment, functional anatomy, and the nervous system.
I aim to create an inclusive environment where students of all levels feel supported. You can expect intelligent sequencing, thoughtful modifications, and breathwork woven throughout to steady focus and foster presence.
At the heart of my teaching is the idea that yoga is a kind of homecoming — a return to rhythm, to breath, and the quiet truth within. Through movement and stillness, I hope to hold space for students to ground, expand, and gently listen to the wisdom that arises when we slow down.

Abigail Colliss
Abigail Colliss is a certified yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance, House of Om, Bali) who teaches from a deep-rooted belief that movement is medicine. Drawing from Vinyasa Flow, Dynamic Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, Abigail delivers intelligently structured classes that blend breathwork, functional strength, controlled mobility, and awareness. Her sessions are ideal for athletes and active individuals looking to improve flexibility, stability, balance, and range of motion - enhancing performance while reducing the risk of injury.
Bridging the gap between strength and softness, Abigail’s teaching supports efficient movement, effective recovery, and a deeper connection to the body. Her calm, supportive approach creates space to reset the nervous system, restore balance, and leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and grounded - both on and off the mat.
