Virtual Physio Appointment
For anyone that is busy or is not able to come to our clinic, we offer Zooom based appointments for existing and new clients. We can assess your movement, guide your rehab, and progress your plan from anywhere, Ideal for follow-ups, travel, or early injury triage.
Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)
For stubborn tendon or fascia issues (e.g., Achilles, plantar fascia, patellar, gluteal tendinopathy).
Shockwave can kick-start healing with high-energy sound waves to stimulate blood flow and promote tissue repair. Pair this with a progressive exercise plan for best results.
We only use Shockwave when it’s truly appropriate. If progress has plateaud, or you are experiencing chronic pain, 3–6 treatments alongside rehab can elecit fantastic results.
