A Space To Move Without Pressure 

Tucked just off Holloway Road, our studio in Archway is light, calm and intentionally small

 

It’s a quiet pocket of stillness in North London and a place to reset,

move well, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

 

Classes are intentionally small (just 8 people per session)

so you have space to breathe, move, and feel supported throughout.
