PRENATAL & POSTNATAL PHYSIO
Support, strength, and confidence, every step of the way
Pregnancy and childbirth are huge physical events. Whether you’re expecting or rebuilding postpartum, we’re here to help your body feel balanced and capable again.

How It Works
Our sessions are tailored to your stage:
During Pregnancy (Prenatal Physio):
As hormones like relaxin loosen joints and your centre of gravity shifts, you might experience:
-
Back, hip, or pelvic pain
-
Sciatica-type discomfort
-
Rib or mid-back tightness
-
Wrist or hand tingling (carpal tunnel symptoms)
-
Difficulty finding comfortable sleep or sitting positions
We use hands-on release, safe mobility work, and tailored strengthening to reduce pain, improve posture, and help your body handle your growing bump.
You’ll learn simple techniques to protect your back, hips, and pelvis through all trimesters.
After Birth (Postnatal Physio):
After delivery, your body needs time and structured support to recover.
-
Pelvic floor rehab, re-training control and strength
-
Core and abdominal recovery, managing diastasis recti (tummy separation)
-
Back, neck, and shoulder pain from feeding or carrying
-
Scar care (C-section or perineal)
-
Return-to-exercise guidance, running, lifting, or classes safely
Each session combines manual therapy, breathing re-education, and progressive strength work, always tailored to your birth experience and current energy levels.
