How It Works

We begin with a Movement & Strength Screen, testing mobility, control, and stability.

From there, we design a tailored program to:
 

  • Fix asymmetries or weaknesses

  • Improve joint mobility and control

  • Build tendon and muscle capacity

  • Teach you how to load correctly for longevity
     

Your plan might include functional strength, mobility drills, flexibility work, and recovery strategies

  • Knee - ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, total/partial knee replacement
     

  • Hip - Hip replacement, labral repair, femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) surgery
