Service Description

If you spend long hours sitting and deal with neck, shoulder or upper back tension,this workshop is for you. In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn simple, practical ways to reduce pain, improve your posture and feel better at your desk, without overthinking it or forcing yourself to sit “perfectly”. We’ll focus on what actually works: small changes, better movement, and exercises you can use daily.
