PATELLAFEMORAL PAIN SYNDROME (RUNNERS KNEE)
(Pain Around the Front of Your Knee)
Feeling a dull, aching pain around your kneecap, especially when squatting, running, or going up and down stairs?
That’s likely patellofemoral pain syndrome. It happens when the kneecap doesn’t track properly, irritating the joint underneath.

ACL TEAR
(Torn Ligament Inside Your Knee)
Did you hear a pop in your knee followed by swelling and instability after a sudden stop or twist?
That’s likely an ACL tear. This ligament helps stabilize your knee, and when torn, it can cause significant pain and weakness.

MENISCUS TEAR
(Cartilage Tear in the Knee)
Feeling a sharp pain, swelling, or a locking sensation in your knee after twisting or squatting?
That’s likely a meniscus tear. The meniscus is a shock-absorbing cartilage that can tear with sudden movements or over time.

MCL SPRAIN
(Pain on the Inner Side of Your Knee)
Do you have pain, swelling, or tenderness on the inside of your knee after a side impact or awkward twist?
That’s likely an MCL sprain. This ligament stabilizes the inner knee and can be overstretched or torn from sudden force.

PATELLAR TENDINOPATHY (JUMPERS KNEE)
(Pain Below Your Kneecap)
Feeling pain and stiffness just below your kneecap, especially after jumping or running?
That’s likely patellar tendinopathy. Overuse of the patellar tendon leads to irritation and microtears, making movement painful.
