That’s why our classes are designed to be accessible, supportive and guided, whether you're completely new or returning after time away.

One of the biggest differences at Thrive is the size of our classes.

We limit every session to just eight people.

That means:

You won’t get lost in the class
Instructors can guide you properly
Movements can be adapted to your ability
Beginners feel comfortable learning

It’s the closest experience to personal guidance while still enjoying the energy of a group class.
